But the blues guitarist and singer was silenced before he could make it to his 29th year. His body was found Tuesday the day before his birthday… “He needed his guitar. Now anyone who has ever walked through a shopping centre knows that Darrell Lea sell their own chocolates in their own shops run by ladies in floppy bow ties. So the issue is not one of deception – it is trying to "own" the colour. But can you own a colour or the light or the air? Last year BP fought Woolworths over the colour green. BP tried to trade mark a shade of green as its own exclusively and the case ended up in the Federal Court. It was thrown out but there was no ruling that a colour couldn’t be registered rather that the case was over-ambitious. The battle is being fought around the world. McDonalds claims shades of red and yellow.
