Thousands of people aged mainly in their 40s and older gathered in the afternoon donning sun hats and sprawling onto lawn chairs on the second day of the three-day extravaganza absorbing what the blues fans say is honest music that comes from the heart and soul. “Just the emotion of it” said Wayne Anderson a 49-year-old who came along with his wife Jennifer. “It‘s got soul and stuff. July 12 at Rancho del ro Park corner of Mesa Drive and College Boulevard. Entertainment will include the Nanahuatzin Folklorica Dance Company and the Taiko Shokenji Ensemble followed by Ruby and the Red Hots performing blues music. Works will be on display by art students.
